Transition Expo
The transition from school to college or the world of work for students with disabilities requires planning and knowledge of supports and services beyond high school.  Please join us at ONE of these free Transition Expos where representatives from state agencies, colleges and adult service providers will be there to give you information and answer your questions.


Participants include: Department of Developmental Services, Bureau of Rehabilitation Services, Department of Social Services, Medicaid, Connecticut Parent Advocacy Center, Asperger’s College-bound, Asnuntuck Community College, Manchester Community College,  Kennedy Center Travel Training, Job Corps, and many more!

There will be a parent presentation at 7pm.
Directions for Parking
Go right into the main entrance, pass the security post, and
 follow signs to the RAMP GARAGE, west of the Tower  Building. After parking, exit at the ground level, cross the street and enter the West  Entrance of the Tower Building.  Stop  at the Security Desk.
