Applications for the Bugbee, Charter Oak, Smith and Webster Hill 2013-2014 full-day prekindergarten programs will be available in all West Hartford elementary school offices, in the residency office (room 154) at the Town Hall and on the West Hartford Public Schools website
www.whps.org beginning October 24, 2012. Applicants must be four years old on or before January 1, 2014 and reside in West Hartford. Enrollment will be granted based on a lottery system. Tuition will be assessed on a sliding scale based on yearly gross income and applicants may apply to only one program. For more information,
