The Department of Information Technology provides a Help Desk to better respond to your technology needs. Contact us with problems and questions on hardware, software, training or any technology-related need. 
The Help Desk is for West Hartford Public Schools staff.

Whatever method you use, please provide contact information, a description of your problem, the location of the computer(s), and any other information that will assist us in assessing the problem. The appropriate staff person will be assigned to respond to your need.

   Parents with questions about the PowerSchool Parent Portal should visit this page http://whps.org/for_parents/powerschool_information/. The Parent Portal is available for parents of children in grades six through twelve.  If you need additional assistance please contact the main office in your child's school.
